Manufacturing Time: Orders for Fairy Wings will be made and sent 3 May 2024 currently (delivery takes approx 10 days internationally and 3 to 5 days in SA). Other Items marked in Stock will be shipped within 1-2 days from ordering
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All wings can be shipped to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Australia with payment made via PayPal. Delivery will be R1050 for the first item and R250 for each pair of wings added thereafter and will be sent via Aramex ( UPS) or Fedex 7 to 10 day international delivery. I send many parcels to the US, Australia and the EU every month and 95% of orders are delivered in that time-frame if no delays occur in transit.

EU – IMPORTANT CHANGE AS OF 1 JULY TO DELIVERY TO EU: As of the 1 July I can no longer send orders for goods under the value of 150 Euro due to new EU VAT rules. If you would like to purchase one item you can do so via my Etsy shop as I can send smaller orders through a marketplace such as Etsy where they charge VAT at checkout. If you would like to order multiple items above 150 euro in value, email me for a quote/delivery cost to EU.

SOUTH AFRICA – Orders are sent by economy 3-4 day Courier ( approx 5 days for outer-lying areas) for R120 per order! Orders will either be sent with The Courier Guy or Clickwaycouriers.
Overnight can be arranged with Aramex for approx R300 (Main areas) to R400 for outer-lying areas WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA (Applies only to orders placed in South Africa)
IF TIME SENSITIVE, PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING THE TIME-FRAME IT WILL TAKE TO MAKE THE ORDER AND SEND.
OUTER-LYING AREAS MAY TAKE 4-5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. THERE ARE SURCHARGES FOR DELIVERY TO FARMS, SO THE R120 FEE DOES NOT COVER DELIVERY TO FARMS. PLEASE ASK ME FOR A QUOTE IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE PARCEL DELIVERED TO A FARM/PLOT. Courier Delivery times are average times that most parcels take to be delivered.
If you would like to OVERNIGHT, please send me an email, as Overnight Courier is available but the cost depends on the number of items. 1-2 pairs of wings overnight will be around R350 sent via Aramex to main centres (Pretoria, Durban, Cape town city centre) and around R400 to outerlying areas (Depending on the size of the box, and amount of items). Overnight is only available once I have quoted on it as the cost depends on the area so if you want me to send overnight, please contact me and I will send you a quote. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IF URGENTLY NEEDED SO WE CAN DISCUSS DELIVERY TIMES.
ORDERS: Once payment is received for an order, the order will be made and sent as soon as is possible and you will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel, once collected.
The greatest care is taken to package all items so that they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the Custom nature of my products, I do not accept Returns/Refunds once made and sent, especially on shipping costs. If you have a problem, I am always happy to discuss anything with you.
