SOUTH AFRICA – Orders are sent by economy 3-4 day ( approx 5 days for outerlying areas) courier with Skynet for R150 or Overnight with Aramex for approx R200 (Main areas) WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA (Applies only to orders placed in South Africa)

OUTER-LYING AREAS MAY TAKE 4-5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY VIA SKYNET. Courier Delivery times are average times that most parcels take. The post office takes on average around 7 to 10 days to receive a parcel.
If you would like to receive OVERNIGHT, please send me an email, as Overnight Courier is available but the cost depends on the number of items. 1-2 pairs of wings overnight will be R200 sent via Aramex to main centres (Pretoria, Durban, Cape town city centre) and around R380 to outerlying areas (Depending on the size of the box, and amount of items). Overnight is only available once I have quoted on it as the cost depends on the area so if you want me to send overnight, please contact me and I will send you a quote. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IF URGENTLY NEEDED SO WE CAN DISCUSS DELIVERY TIMES.

Shipping Policy for Post Office: Items sent by post office are sent at the customers risk, and while I will do everything I can to track parcels and follow up on sent orders, I cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels or for parcels that are not collected by the customer from the post office, as it is up to the customer to track the parcel with the tracking information, which is sent to you once shipped. If a parcel is not collected and sent back to me, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover re-shipping costs, and the order will then be resent.
ORDERS: Once payment is received for an order, the order will be made and sent usually within a day or two, at most a week on larger orders and you will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel.
TRACKING for Post office orders: Parcels can be tracked on 0860 111 502 or type the tracking number eg: pe123456789za into the space on http://sms.postoffice.co.za/trackingparcels/ and it will show the tracking information for the parcel.
The greatest care is taken to package all items so that they reach you in perfect condition.
